🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer an easy exchange process under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery

  • Exchange is applicable only for:

    • Size issues

    • Wrong product received

📦 Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The product should be in its original packaging

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or wrong product claims

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened

🚚 Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is available for exchanges

  • A ₹100 charge will apply if reverse pickup service is used

⏳ Exchange Processing Time

  • Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
